The purpose of this project was to assist local environmental protection bureaus on reviewing and auditing Soil Pollution Assessment Investigation and Test Data, which were mandated by Artcle 8 and 9 of the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act. We reviewed and audited 332 application files, an average of 4.3 days were needed to review one file. 79.2％ of them were finalized. We also helped 299 finalized Data entry. In order to find out how the soil sampling performed, we paid 85 times on-site visit to enterprises when they were performing soil sampling for the purpose of Articles 8 and 9 of the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act according to their filing schedules. We found that 54％of the sites were not complying with on-site audit principles, it was lower compared to that of last year. It was because that one new on-site audit principle was added, auditing the applying information of the site. This project were in charge of assisting the review and auditing the Data for 11 administrative regions, including Keelung City, Taipei City, New Taipei City, Taoyuan County, Hsinchu County and Ilan County, Lienchiang County, Hsinchu City, Miaoli County, Taichung City, Kinmen County.
